→ Announcing… the 15-day anxiety challenge


For the past few months, we’ve created and quietly launched a comprehensive course on rewiring anxiety.

Starting January 5th, the 15-Day Rewire Anxiety Challenge will be a condensed sprint through protocols that over 1,400+ students have used to transform their relationship with anxiety.

Why a challenge? From my experience, unlearning anxiety is a skill and skills require focused effort, stakes, and community to stick.

Here's what you can expect:

  • 15x expert theory + guided practice sessions (approx 10 min/day)
  • Included audio recordings for every lesson (for on-the-go access)
