// FOOD FOR THOUGHT Welcome to the first edition of a new experiment... a meta-experiment, if you will. Introducing The Sunday Experiment, our new regular newsletter format. Each Sunday, you'll receive a note from me, an experiment to run that day or throughout the week, and a few curated resources I've picked up along the way. The core premise of what we share here is becoming a curious explorer of your internal landscape through simple experimentation. I'm a firm believer in being a...

For the past few months, we’ve created and quietly launched a comprehensive course on rewiring anxiety. Starting January 5th, the 15-Day Rewire Anxiety Challenge will be a condensed sprint through protocols that over 1,400+ students have used to transform their relationship with anxiety. // INNER FRONTIER HQ Welcome to The Inner Frontier: Edition #1 7 years ago, I hit publish on the first Curious Humans Newsletter, and today — hundreds of issues and 72 podcast episodes later — the project comes to a close. The Curious Humans project was born from my obsession with the question of why, as kids, most of us were immensely curious, what was it that suppressed this as we grew older, and how might we go about reclaiming this as adults. It's hard to overstate how much I learnt and...
