Hey there Reader, You might have recently received an email from Stripe asking you to update your card details. Wanted to quickly explain what's going on. As a Cohort #8 NSM alumni, you received 3 months of complimentary Stateshift app access. We shared the details with you in previous emails and hopefully you've been enjoying the app! The email from Stripe is essentially asking if you'd like to continue your access beyond the free period. You have two options:
To clarify: we weren’t aware that Stripe would automatically ask you to renew your subscription. It was not our intention for you to pay; we simply wanted to offer you a gift to support your nervous system regulation journey. Sadly, we can't turn off these automated Stripe notifications as they are part of Stripe’s compliance process that we have no control over. This was only brought to our attention once the emails were sent, and therefore, proactively letting you know was not on our radar. Apologies for any confusion or frustration caused.
