→ The 15-day journey revealed

Hey Reader,

Over the past week, I've shared some of the ideas that underpin our approach to anxiety: the reframe, the 10-second window, and why bottom-up beats top-down.

Today, I want to give you a clearer picture of what the 15-Day Rewire Anxiety Challenge looks like from the inside.

The journey is structured in three sections:

Days 1-5: Cultivate Calm

Before you can rewire anything, you need access to a calmer baseline. This initial section gives you immediate, research-backed tools to down-regulate your nervous system when anxiety spikes.

You'll learn the physiological sigh (which I shared earlier), single-breath vagal toning, and an orienting practice that pulls you out of anxious tunnel vision and back into present-moment reality.

By the end of Day 5, you'll have a toolkit for shifting your state in under 60 seconds.

Days 6-10: Improve Embodied Awareness

Anxiety thrives in the gap between stimulus and response. This section trains your ability to catch the earliest whispers of activation, before automatic patterns take over.

You'll develop your internal early warning system, learn to map your worry patterns, and practice NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) ~ a protocol shown to reduce anxiety by 41% in clinical research.

By the end of Day 10, you'll be catching anxiety at a 2 or 3 out of 10, not an 8 or 9.

Days 11-15: Rewire Your Relationship

Now we go deeper. This section helps you understand why your anxiety exists, what it's protecting, and how to create lasting safety in your nervous system.

You'll explore the equation that explains everything (Anxiety = Resistance × Emotional Intensity), learn why your brain's predictions aren't facts, and practice a reparenting protocol drawn from attachment research.

By Day 15, you'll have a fundamentally different relationship with anxiety ~ not as an enemy to defeat, but as a signal to decode.

~~

Each day includes a short theory component (3-5 min) and a guided practice (5-7 min). About 10 minutes total.

You'll also get access to our pop-up WhatsApp community ~ a space to share what's landing, ask questions (with direct access to me), and experience the momentum of doing this alongside others.

If you've been curious about joining, registration closes on January 2nd and we kick off together on January 5th.

I hope to see you there,

Now, we're back again for a second round.... The 15-Day Rewire Anxiety Challenge is a condensed sprint through protocols that over 2,000+ students have used to transform their relationship with anxiety. Why a challenge? // FOOD FOR THOUGHT Welcome to the first edition of a new experiment... a meta-experiment, if you will. Introducing The Sunday Experiment, our new regular newsletter format. Each Sunday, you'll receive a note from me, an experiment to run that day or throughout the week, and a few curated resources I've picked up along the way. The core premise of what we share here is becoming a curious explorer of your internal landscape through simple experimentation. I'm a firm believer in being a...

Greetings! It's been a hot minute since I sent one of these. Lots of life has happened in the past few months... ✈️ Relocation ~ it turns out that we weren't destined to live in Costa Rica in the long term (but we're glad we ran the experiment) so earlier this year we relocated back to Santa Cruz, California (loving it so far) 👶 New Life Chapter ~ on March 9, Kelly and I welcomed our daughter, Eliana into the world (more to come exploring what we've been learning on the parenthood adventure)...
